The Child Dental Benefits Schedule is a government program where eligible children between the ages of 2-17 can receive up to $1000 dollars in benefits for dental treatment over two consecutive calendar years. If you have a medicare card and are part of a family that receives Family Tax Benefit Part A then your child may be eligible for the CDBS.

The services covered by the CDBS include examinations, x-rays, cleans, fillings, root canals, extractions, stainless steel crowns and many more preventive treatments.

If you are unsure if your child is eligible for CDBS, you can either contact Medicare directly, or you can contact us and we will contact Medicare on your behalf.
If you have received a letter from Medicare advising you that your child is eligible for CDBS please inform us when you book their appointment so we can undertake their preventive treatment free of charge to you.
